Dilute at 1:5 ratio (200ml per 1 litre water). Always add product to water, NEVER water to product (acid). Carefully place crockery, cutlery etc. into solution to soak for 30 minutes. Always rinse after treatment. When destaining kettles or tea urns DO NOT BOIL. Use at room temperature only.
